The products of Insulating Fire Bricks SRC-23,SRC-26,SRC-28,SRC-30,SRC-32, HS Series, B5,B6 are our typical products which
have a capacity of more than 1000 tons per month. All the products are completely
manufactured according to the ASTM standard and ISO standards.
Our products are widely used as industrial furnace linings of the glass industries,
ceramics industries, metallurgical industry, Petroleum chemical industry, iron & steel industries.
Stonebase produce 10 types of Insulating Firebricks(IFB) for use in applications from 1093℃ to 1760℃. Each type is formulated to
meet specific thermal and physical requirements and after firing is machined to precise tolerances on all six faces. Our firebricks are
made from high purity refractory clays and other ceramic raw materials, these insulating firebricks contain a carefully graded organic
filler which is burned out during manufacturing to give a uniform controlled pore structure.
Sizes: All the straight, wedged, arched, key and split series in the standard
sizes:230x114x64/76mm,250x124x64/76mm Special pieces, including large sizes, holes, grooves, tongue and groove etc.
Mortars
We recommend installing with our own specially developed mortars, as the mortars should
react to the similary to the bricks.
