Calcined Kaolin: Calcined Kaolin is an anhydrous aluminium silicate produced by heating ultrafine natural kaolin to high temperatures in a kiln. The calcination process increases whiteness and hardness, improves electrical properties, and alters the size and shape of the kaolin particles.

Calcined Bauxite: Chinese bauxite has higher Al2 O3  and low impurities. Selected bauxite was calcined in shaft, round, rotary kiln at high temp., the Al2 O3  transfers to alpha Al2 O3  and form corundum phase, further crushed, grinded and sieved to obtain an ideal aggregate for refractory application.
