| SISIC/RSIC roller is a key part of roller hearth kiln, which has excellent load-bearing ability and thermal shock resistance under high temperature, so it can be applied in the sintering zone of high temperature roller hearth kiln for tableware, sanitary ceramics and electronic porcelain. |

- Place the roller on the top of furnace to preheat, till all the water in the roller steamed completely.
- When change the roller, insert the roller into the furnace with turning, the turning direction should as the same as running direction of other rollers to heat equably.
- Keep equable temperature in the furnace, avoid high temperature of some point in the furnace and result the roller warp age.
- Clean the binding on the surface of roller timely, don¡¯t place the roller on the ground or metal shelf directly after draw out the roller from furnace with high temperature, should better place the roller on the fiber with fireproof and keep the roller turning, do not place the hot roller in the high breezy environment.
- Fill ceramic fiber at the two ends of roller to proof the heat diffused.
- Adjust and clean the drive system of roller timely, insure the roller running with equable speed and parallel.
- Recommend use high quality plate (RSiC plate), avoid the separate matter from plate pollute and affect the working life of roller.
- If the power stopped, please keep the roller turning in the furnace.
