| Series of SiC Kiln Furniture |
|
|
We have developed a full range of silicon carbide products to cover the customer's
requirement. SiC kiln furniture can be used in tunnel kiln, roller kiln and shuttle kiln at
different firing conditions. Our SiC kiln furniture for the ceramic industry is produced via
different manufacturing process according to the conditions of the application. It is
possible to make complicated hollow parts by our slip-casting process. Special extrusion
machines also enable us to meet the special fine dimension components, such as support
posts, beams and roller.
Silicon carbide products range covers standard SiO2
bonded silicon carbide and high
performance silicon carbide materials as:
SiO2
bonded SiC, Si infiltrated SiC,Recrystallised
SiC, Nitride bonded SiC.
Typical products for this application include:

SiC Kiln Furniture Properties |
|
|
Our materials are made from the hardest of all raw materials existing on the ceramic
market-silicon carbide (SiC). The Specific chemical composition, purity and ceramic
structure of this material fulfill all of the conditions for an all-roundindustrial
application. We produce ceramic components made from SiO2
bonded SiC, SiSiC, R-SiC and N-SiC.
High performance SiC materials have the following advantages and characteristics:
• Excellent mechanical strength
• Excellent thermal conductivity
• Excellent temperature stability
• Excellent thermal shock resistance
• Excellent oxidation resistance
• Shape stability at high temperature
• Excellent chemical resistance

Typical Solution for firing sanitaryware and tableware |
|
|
Our Senior SiC can offer good heat stability, high mechanical strength at high
temperature, excellent thermal stability and distortion resitance at high temperature. It
can be used in sanitaryware and tableware industry. Firing systems for sanitaryware and
tableware show excellent results for single or multiple decks and feature low mass with
high flexibility. The use of long and hollow SiC supports and beams enables the
constructions of single or multiple deck superstructures over wide setting areas. Vertical
support posts reduced to a minimum and kiln car insulation can be optimized.
